Welcome to TOSTADAS, a culinary destination in Campbell that celebrates tradition, family, and the art of fine dining. Our journey began on June 8th, 2019, when brothers Alex and Victor Garcia transformed their vision into reality. Heavily influenced by their father's legacy as a chef in various esteemed establishments around the bay, and their mother Maria’s passion for the food industry, the Garcia brothers set out to create something truly special.

Driven by the dream to offer an affordable fine dining experience, Alex and Victor initially envisioned a modest eatery. However, their aspirations quickly flourished, presenting them with the unexpected opportunity to open a grand establishment in an extraordinary location. Amidst stiff competition from six other restaurant concepts, it was their heartfelt story and devotion to the rich and flavorful world of tostadas that captivated their landlord and secured this dream space.

The name 'TOSTADAS' is a tribute to their mother's prior business, where Tostadas de Tinga became the talk of the town. In honor of her legacy, the brothers continue to serve these beloved dishes, infused with fond childhood memories and the authentic essence of their family's culinary journey.
